Shipping Policy 

■ Shipping Fees

For each order:

  • In-stock items

    • Courier Service (Mainland Japan): ¥660
    • Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku, Okinawa: ¥1,100

  • Mail Service: Flat rate of ¥330 (for select items only)

Consumption tax is included in all product prices (tax-inclusive pricing).

■ Shipping Timeline

In-stock items
Delivery will take 1-3 business days from the date your order is received.

Back-ordered items
Delivery will take 5-15 business days from the date your order is received.

Please note that shipping timelines may vary by product. Be sure to check each product page for specific shipping information. If you place an order for multiple items at the same time, your order will be shipped based on the item with the latest shipping date. If you wish to receive items separately, please place individual orders for each item.

Please note that date and time-specific delivery requests are not available. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

In-stock and back-ordered items cannot be purchased in a single transaction. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you complete separate transactions for each.
