○ Regarding Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the purchased item is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [lavan.select@gmail.com] with photos and details that clearly show the defect.

If a return is accepted, we will provide the return address via email.

[Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:]

• The item has been received for more than one week
• The item has been used by the customer
• The item has been soiled or damaged by the customer
• The product or its packaging has been soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective items due to reasons such as differences in product appearance or incorrect size selection by the customer. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
